Hosting and email in Switzerland (Infomaniak Network SA)<\/h3>\n<p>Our entire website, databases, and email servers are hosted with <strong>Infomaniak Network SA<\/strong> (Rue Eug\u00e8ne-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland). The servers are located exclusively in Switzerland in secure data centers, ISO 27001 certified and powered by 100% renewable energy.<\/p>\n<h3>6.2. Edge Protection &amp; CDN Delivery Network (Cloudflare Inc.)<\/h3>\n<p>Traffic passing through to the Site is protected by the network of <strong>Cloudflare Inc.<\/strong> (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare provides Web Application Firewall (WAF), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection, and end-to-end SSL\/TLS 1.3 encryption services. Any data transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by Swiss and European authorities.<\/p>\n<h3>6.3. Consent Management &amp; Cookies (Complianz BV)<\/h3>\n<p>We use the extension <strong>Compliance<\/strong> (Complianz BV, Netherlands) to manage the cookie consent banner in compliance with the nLPD and the GDPR, integrating the Google Consent Mode v2 consent mode. Additional Analysis Tools<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Microsoft Clarity :<\/strong> Behavioral analysis tool (heat maps, anonymized session paths) published by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meta Pixel &amp; LinkedIn Insight Tag:<\/strong> Advertising measurement tools are activated only after obtaining your explicit consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Data Transfer Abroad<\/h2>\n<p><strong>7.1.<\/strong> The data collected via our forms and stored in our management system is hosted <strong>exclusively in Switzerland<\/strong> on the servers of Infomaniak Network SA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.2.<\/strong> In the event that the use of specialized third-party tools (particularly for audience analysis or advertising management) involves a transfer of data outside of Switzerland or the European Economic Area (EEA), Geekworkers S\u00e0rl will ensure beforehand:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>That the country of destination benefits from an adequacy decision noted by the Swiss Federal Council (list of States having an adequate level of protection according to Annex 1 of the OPDo); ;<\/li>\n<li>Failing that, the transfer must be accompanied by appropriate safeguards, in particular by adherence to the Data Privacy Framework (for certified US companies) or by signing the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) of the European Commission, adapted to the requirements of Swiss law and recognized by the PFDDT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8.
