The Bader Group, a visionary and rapidly expanding leader in the recycling, transport and recovery of metals and waste in Switzerland, has entrusted Geekworkers with the design, development and maintenance of several strategic sites in its digital universe (Bader Group, Metabader, MLK, TRB, Copper, TFR, etc.). The objective is toassert the image of a united and coherent group, a real “family”, while clarifying and strengthening online presence of its various companies and expertise. A consulting and modeling phase (Business Analysis) helped lay the foundations of this digital architecture and define its overall strategy.
To master complexity and support the Bader Group's ambitions, we have implemented a strategy based on a clear multi-site digital universe and reliable technology.
Strategy: multi-site universe and consistent graphic charter
An approach multi-sites WordPress was set up, with a “Bader Group” portal site serving as a central hub. It presents the group’s history, values, key figures, and ISO certifications, while also directing users to subsidiaries. A unified graphic charter guarantees a harmonized visual identity across all sites.
Strategy: development or redesign of subsidiary sites on WordPress/Elementor
Each strategic subsidiary (Metabader, MLK, TRB, Copper, TFR, etc.) has its own WordPress site developed with Elementor ProThe sites highlight each entity's specific services, such as dumpster rental for MLK or metal trading for TRB, as well as their news and contact information, while remaining aligned with the group's overall identity.
Strategy: intuitive internal meshing and clear menus
The Bader Group's main website features a menu or dedicated section presenting all subsidiaries with direct links to their websites. The subsidiary websites emphasize their affiliation with the group and offer connections to the main portal or other relevant entities, ensuring smooth and consistent navigation across the network.
Strategy: common technology and centralized tools
Using a common stack (WordPress, Elementor, Rank Math SEO, WP Armor) simplifies management, updates and maintenance. Tools like Site Kit by Google allow centralized or site-specific performance monitoring. We ensured the ongoing maintenance and development of the entire digital platform.
