Meta Ads Start

General Conditions Applicable to Geekworkers Ads Packs:

1. Setup Fees:
▢ A single initial fee equivalent to two (2) monthly payments The first month of the chosen package is billed. This amount covers the initial audit, strategy definition, complete technical configuration (accounts, advanced GA4/Pixel/API CAPI tracking, GTM, Consent Mode v2), configuration of the first campaigns and management of the first month.
▢ Payment of this setup fee is made in one go upon signing the contract, or according to specific agreement.

2. Monthly Management:
▢ From the second month, monthly management is billed at the rate of the chosen package.
▢ For the Premium Pack, monthly management is made up of a fixed amount + a percentage of the advertising budget actually spent the previous month.

3. Advertising Budget:
▢ The advertising budget is entirely at the customer's expense and paid directly to advertising platforms (Google/Meta).
▢ This allows the client to save VAT (currently 8.1% in Switzerland) which would be applicable if Geekworkers re-invoiced the budget.
▢ The customer is responsible for managing their payment method with the platforms and any possible budget overruns.
▢ Geekworkers recommends a minimum budget/budget range for each package, but the final amount is decided by the customer.

4. Commitment & Duration:
▢ A minimal initial commitment (generally 3 or 6 months depending on promotional offers) is required to amortize the setup phase and allow for campaign optimization.
▢ After the initial period, the contract is tacitly renewed from month to month, unless terminated by one of the parties with 30 days' notice before the end of the current month.

5. Services Included & Excluded:
▢ The services included are detailed in the “Product Services” section of each package.
▢ Unless otherwise stated, the creation of personalized and advanced advertising assets (visuals, videos) (excluding standard models or assets provided by the client) is not included and is the subject of a separate quote.
▢ Landing page creation or optimization is not included by default.

6. Tracking & Consent:
▢ The implementation of tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixel Meta, API CAPI) and Consent Mode v2 is a priority and included in the setup.
▢ The client must ensure that their website has a compliant consent banner (CMP) and provides the necessary access (website, GTM, etc.). Geekworkers can assist in the selection and basic configuration of a CMP if needed (additional service possible).

7. Reporting & Communication:
▢ A detailed monthly report is provided, including key KPIs, analyses and recommendations.
▢ Follow-up points can be organized according to needs and pack.

8. Customer Responsibilities:
▢ Provide the necessary access (ad accounts, website, GTM, Analytics, Meta page, etc.).
▢ Provide information about the company, objectives, offers, target.
▢ Provide basic assets (logo, graphic charter, any existing photos/videos).
▢ Validate strategic and creative proposals within reasonable timeframes.
▢ Ensure the legal compliance of its offers and its website.

9. Confidentiality & Ownership:
▢ Geekworkers is committed to the confidentiality of customer data.
▢ The customer remains the owner of their advertising accounts and data.

10. Limitation of Liability:
▢ Geekworkers commits to an obligation of means, implementing its expertise to achieve the defined objectives.
▢ No guarantee of quantified results (sales, leads) can be provided, as performance depends on numerous external factors (market, competition, customer offering, etc.).
▢ Geekworkers' liability is limited to the amount of management fees paid.

11. Payment & Billing:
▢ The setup is billed upon signature.
▢ Monthly management is billed at the beginning of the month for the coming month.
▢ Payment within 10 days net.

12. Modifications & Evolution:
▢ The customer can request to change the package (upgrade/downgrade) with notice, thus adjusting the service level and the price for the following month.

13. Conflict Resolution:
▢ In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. The legal venue is located in Lausanne, Switzerland.
