SEO Start

Duration and Termination

SEO services are subscribed to for a period of one month, renewable by tacit agreement. The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time, subject to 30 days' notice.

Price and Payment

Prices for SEO services are defined on a monthly basis and vary according to the level of service chosen. The Customer undertakes to pay the agreed price within 30 days of the invoice date.

Responsibilities

The Service Provider undertakes to use all necessary means to achieve the objectives defined in the contract. The Customer undertakes to provide the Service Provider with all the information and access necessary to carry out the services.

Intellectual property

All content and strategies developed as part of the SEO services remain the property of the Customer. The Service Provider retains a non-exclusive right to use such content and strategies for the provision of services.

Confidentiality

The Service Provider undertakes to respect the confidentiality of information shared by the Customer.

Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these General Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne.

Exclusion of Guarantee of Results

The Service Provider undertakes to use all necessary means to achieve the objectives defined in the contract. However, the Service Provider cannot guarantee specific results in terms of natural referencing, as many external factors can influence the visibility of a website in search engines.

Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the content provided to the Service Provider. Once the media deliverables (text, images, videos, etc.) have been validated, the Customer becomes responsible for them. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this content.

Exclusion of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or immaterial damages, including loss of profits, turnover or data, arising from the use of SEO services.

Force Majeure

The Service Provider may not be held liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure, as defined by law.

Changes to the General Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time. The modifications will take effect on the date of their publication on the Service Provider’s website.

Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, communications and representations, whether oral or written.
