REPÈRE DIGITAL is a Swiss initiative aimed at raising parents' awareness of the influence of screens on children under 6 and offering them concrete solutions for a healthy digital education. The challenge was to create an online platform that was informative, fun, and interactive, without being "academic," in order to capture parents' attention and actively engage them.
Geekworkers was chosen to design and develop a bespoke website, featuring key features such as an interactive questionnaire, an online payment system and educational resources, while adopting a fresh and attractive design.
Strategy: Popularized and hierarchical content
We have structured the site with WordPress and Elementor to present clear and concise information on the impact of screens, based on scientific data. Dedicated “About” and “What we offer” sections explain REPÈRE DIGITAL’s approach and highlight its practical and solution-oriented approach. The goal was to reassure parents who are struggling with the complexity of digital technology and to offer them reliable guidance.
Strategy: Interactive course and educational modules
The heart of the project lies in the "parent journey" and the "Family Challenges" tool. Geekworkers has set up an interactive questionnaire whose results guide parents. The integration of modules for online courses and educational resources (via LearnDash or Elementor equivalent) allows for structured learning. The site is designed to be fun and fresh, as opposed to a purely academic approach, thus encouraging active adoption by families.
Strategy: Secure online account and payment system
For a personalized user experience, administrator and client accounts have been implemented. A secure online payment system, including the integration of Twint, facilitates access to premium services. The technical architecture has been designed to allow the exploration of future economic models such as dropshipping, demonstrating a tailor-made and scalable solution. Image optimization with Imagine ensures fast loading.
Strategy: Interactive features and monitoring for the community
Beyond information, the site encourages engagement. Quizzes and assessments allow parents to test their knowledge. The scheduling of webinars (V1) and the provision of a discussion forum (V1 or V2) aim to create a true community of parents. Newsletter subscription is emphasized to maintain connections and provide updates, positioning REPÈRE DIGITAL as a trusted long-term partner.
