Elenora Thai Massage, a new Thai massage salon in Geneva, wanted to establish a strong online presence as soon as it acquired its lease. Mr. Antonio Braccu, the owner, sought to go beyond traditional communication (flyers, word of mouth) to reach a wider audience and attract new clients.
Geekworkers was chosen to design a custom website and implement a social media strategy to promote the benefits of Thai massages and facilitate online appointment booking.
Strategy: WordPress showcase site and social media deployment
Geekworkers has developed a showcase site WordPress Lightweight and responsive, based on a template adapted to the wellness sector. The site was designed to be easily navigable, with sections dedicated to services, offers, gallery and contact. At the same time, we created and configured the pages Facebook and Instagram of the show, ensuring a unified and professional presence on key platforms for the visibility of service companies.
Strategy: Descriptive content and soothing visuals
The different types of Thai massages (traditional, sports, anti-stress, foot reflexology) are clearly presented, detailing their specificities and associated benefits (deep relaxation, tension relief, improved circulation). Images and a soothing design have been incorporated to reflect the salon's ambiance and encourage relaxation. Special offers are highlighted to attract the attention of potential clients.
Strategy: Clear call-to-action buttons and contact information
“Book” buttons are strategically placed throughout the site, inviting visitors to book an appointment. Contact information (phone, address, opening hours) is clearly visible and accessible, including a map. Simplicity in the contact process is essential for conversion in the service sector, and we have made sure to make it as seamless as possible.
Strategy: 360° approach and reassuring practical information
Beyond the website, a social media presence allows you to reach and interact with a wider audience. The site also provides important practical information regarding payment methods (cash, cards, Twint) and adaptation to physical conditions, which builds trust. This integrated approach aims to attract qualified customers and convert them into salon visitors.
