For Pro Mind Consulting S.A., a Lausanne-based consultancy renowned since 1989 for its human approach to management, Geekworkers carried out a complete overhaul of the website. The challenge was to modernise their digital presence, clearly structure their service offering and faithfully reflect their values and unique expertise through a high-performance, aesthetically pleasing platform (WordPress/Elementor).
Geekworkers adopted a methodical approach to redesigning the Pro Mind Consulting website, focusing on both content (content, message) and form (design, technical):
Strategy: bespoke Figma design and WordPress/Elementor development
After a listening and analysis phase, we designed graphic mock-ups via figma to visually convey Pro Mind's identity and values. The site was then developed on WordPress with Elementor ProThis allows for faithful implementation of the design and great flexibility for future updates, while ensuring a modern, professional look.
Strategy : Information restructuring and copywriting 100% Made to measure
An in-depth analysis of existing content and objectives has led to a new information architecture. More importantly, all the texts have been tailor-made by Geekworkers, in close collaboration with Pro Mind, to clearly articulate the areas of expertise (consulting, assessment, change management, etc.) and naturally integrate the relevant SEO keywords.
Strategy: Rigorous Technical Optimisation and Judicious Technological Choices
The site was built on WordPress with a limited number of plugins to maximise speed. Image optimisation (Imagine) and caching (WP-Rocket) have been configured for excellent performance. The migration of hosting to Infomaniak and email configuration were also managed by us. The use of Elementor guarantees ease of updating for the customer.
Strategy: Integrated Semantic SEO and Intuitive Navigation
Tailor-made copywriting has made it possible to integrate a strategy Semantic SEO right from the content creation stage. The new structure of the site, combined with clear navigation and fast loading times, contributes to a better user experience (UX) and promotes good natural referencing on search engines.
The redesign by Geekworkers has transformed Pro Mind Consulting's online presence, perfectly aligning their website with their reputation and unique approach:
This project underlines our ability to manage complete overhauls, going beyond the technical to include a strong strategic dimension (design, bespoke copywriting, SEO) and a technical dimension (optimisation, migration), while cultivating a fruitful and benevolent customer collaboration.
