The objective was to create a robust, scalable and secure B2B solution (Vue.js/Node.js/PostgreSQL), facilitating regulatory compliance, risk management and ISO certifications, while integrating AI capabilities for decision support.

To create a new, stable and adaptable version of SIRIS+ capable of meeting the varied governance needs of SMEs and large groups.

Implement key modules (Processes, Risks, Compliance) with dynamic mapping, regulatory monitoring and evaluation for optimised management.
Implementing a Secure Architecture and Integrating Artificial Intelligence
Ensuring security (OWASP, JWT) and data isolation, and integrating AI (Brain.js, Vertex AI) for relevant recommendation systems.
Facilitate ISO Certification and Improve Customer Performance

Strategic Redesign Focused on User Experience and Autonomy

To meet Bourg8's need to modernise and improve its brand image, Geekworkers implemented the following solutions:

1. In-depth analysis of the existing site

Strategy: Precise diagnosis to guide the redesign

  • Initial analysis of the site's performance and position on search engines using the Google Search Console.
  • Identification of weak points in terms of user experience (UX) and brand image representation.

  • Verification of the technical structure (broken links, compliance with basic web standards).
  • Detailed recommendations for the overall improvement of the site.

2. Redesign of the WordPress website

Strategy: Visual modernisation and multi-support accessibility

  • Development of the new version of the site on the CMS WordPresschosen for its flexibility and ease of future management by the customer.
  • Implementation of a responsive design guaranteeing perfect adaptation and an optimal browsing experience on all screen sizes (computers, tablets, smartphones).
  • Overhaul of the navigation structure and presentation of content to improve the clarity and accessibility of information.

3. Support and training for independence

Strategy: Giving customers the keys to their digital tools

  • Creation of tailor-made tutorials (probably video, as for other projects) explaining how to manage content (text, images, etc.) and make routine updates via the WordPress administration interface.
  • Personalised support to help you get to grips with the system and answer any specific questions you may have.
  • Post-launch support and strategy sessions if required to develop the site.
