Purpose of the Service:
This pack is specifically designed for small showcase WordPress sites (1 to 5 pages), including essential maintenance to ensure the security, performance and reliability of the site.
Exclusions from the Service:
The development of new functionalities, site content management, hosting and mail server management are not included in the pack.
Technical support :
Technical support provided by email, with a standard response time of 48 hours for non-urgent requests. Urgent cases are given priority depending on availability.
Duration and Renewal:
The service is based on an annual commitment with automatic renewal. Termination can be effected by either party with 30 days’ notice.
Payment :
Payment is either annual or monthly at the convenience of the parties, payable in advance. There will be no reimbursement for services already rendered.
Responsibilities:
Geekworkers undertakes to provide maintenance services in accordance with industry standards, excluding problems resulting from unauthorised modifications or third-party interventions.
The customer is responsible for providing all information and access necessary for maintenance and remains responsible for their site.
Changes to the Services:
Geekworkers may revise the services offered to align with technological developments and market best practice, with appropriate notice to the client.
Limitation of Liability:
Geekworkers shall not be liable for any consequential damages, such as loss of data or revenue, resulting from the use of the maintenance service.
