Payment
▢ Total price : 1890 CHF (including strategy, design and 1 month of management).
▢ Payment in 2 installments :

▢ Payment of the advertising budget at the client's expense, with a saving of 7.7% on VAT compared to a re-invoicing of the budget by Geekworkers.
Campaign Duration and Engagement
Customers commit to a specified minimum duration for each level of service. This duration is necessary to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of the campaigns.
Advertising Budget Management
A base advertising budget is defined for each service level. Budget overruns are the responsibility of the client, ensuring full cost transparency.
Reporting and Monitoring
Regular reports will be provided depending on the level of service chosen. These reports may include video and/or written analytics for accurate tracking of campaign performance.
Campaign Optimization and Maintenance
Ongoing adjustments will be made to optimise campaign performance. This optimisation is crucial for adapting to changes in the market and ad performance.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing all information necessary for the implementation and monitoring of the campaign. This includes, but is not limited to, information about the company, the products/services, and the target market.
Modifications and Cancellations
Any request to change or cancel the campaign must be made within a specified period. Charges may apply for late cancellations or amendments.
Confidentiality and Data Security
The confidentiality of information shared by the customer will be respected. The data collected as part of the campaigns will be used solely for the purposes of the campaign.
Liability and Limitation of Liability
Although every effort is made to ensure the success of campaigns, no explicit guarantee of results can be provided. The service provider's liability is limited to the terms of the contract.
Payment and Billing
Billing and payment details will be specified for each service level. On-time payment of fees is required to keep campaigns active.
Upgrade or Change of Service
Customers can upgrade or change their service level as their business needs and objectives evolve.
Conflict Resolution
Any dispute relating to the provision of service will be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, mediation or legal proceedings may be initiated according to applicable laws.
Acceptance of Conditions
By opting for a Google Ads service, the customer accepts these terms and conditions, which form the basis of the agreement between the service provider and the customer.
