General Conditions Applicable to Geekworkers Ads Packs:
1. Setup Fees:
▢ A single initial fee equivalent to two (2) monthly payments of the fixed part of the pack (i.e. 2 x 1200 = 2400 CHF excluding VAT) is billed for the first month. This amount covers the 360° strategic audit, the definition of the full-funnel advertising roadmap, the most advanced technical configuration (including specific integrations if possible), the configuration of the initial multi-channel campaigns and the complete management of the first month (fixed part).
▢ Payment of this setup fee is made in one go upon signing the contract.
2. Monthly Management:
▢ From the second month, monthly management is billed at the rate of 1200 CHF excluding VAT (fixed part) + 10% of the advertising budget actually spent the previous month.
3. Advertising Budget:
▢ The advertising budget is entirely at the customer's expense and paid directly to Google.
▢ Recommended minimum budget of CHF 3000/month, with no upper limit.
▢ This allows the client to save VAT (currently 8.1% in Switzerland) on the advertising budget.
▢ The customer is responsible for managing their payment method with Google.
4. Commitment & Duration:
▢ A minimal initial commitment (typically 6 months) is recommended for this strategic service level.
▢ After the initial period, the contract is tacitly renewed from month to month, unless terminated by one of the parties with 30 days' notice before the end of the current month.
5. Services Included & Excluded:
▢ Included services are detailed in the "Product Services" section. Advanced reporting via Looker Studio and strategic consulting are included.
▢ Creating custom advertising assets (professional videos, specific banners, etc.) is an option. We provide the brief and coordinate the production.
▢ Advanced landing page or conversion funnel optimization can be offered as an additional service.
6. Tracking & Consent:
▢ Most robust technical configuration (advanced GA4, server-side GTM if relevant, offline/CRM conversion import if possible, Advanced Consent Mode v2).
▢ The client must have a functioning CMP and provide the necessary access/information.
7. Reporting & Communication:
▢ Customized and scalable reporting via Looker Studio (included).
▢ Regular strategic monitoring points (weekly/bi-weekly).
▢ Direct access to a senior Google Ads expert.

8. Customer Responsibilities:
