Scope of Services:

This pack offers a complete solution for maintaining WordPress sites, including proactive security monitoring and management, regular updates and backups.

Exclusions:

Development of new features and content management are outside the scope of this pack. Maintenance does not cover third-party issues.

Commitment and Payment:

A one-year commitment is required, with flexible payment options. The service renews automatically unless terminated with 30 days' notice.

Support and Communication:

Email support is available with a standard response within 48 hours. Safety-related emergencies are handled as a priority.

Changes and Updates to the Services:

Services can be adapted to technological developments, with prior communication to the customer.

Customer Responsibilities:

The customer must provide the necessary information for maintenance and is responsible for following established work processes.

Limitation of Liability:

Geekworkers' liability is limited to losses directly related to the provision of its services, excluding factors outside its control.
