Terms and conditions

General Conditions Applicable to Geekworkers Ads Packs:

1. Setup Fees:
▢ A single initial fee equivalent to one (1) monthly payment The subscription fee for the chosen package is charged in addition to the first monthly payment. This amount covers the audit, strategy, complete technical configuration (accounts, tracking, Consent Mode v2), and the creation of the initial campaigns.

2. Advertising Budget:
▢ The advertising budget is entirely at the customer's expense and paid directly to the platforms (Google/Meta), saving VAT on this amount.

3. Commitment & Duration:
▢ An initial 3-month commitment is recommended. The contract is then tacitly renewed month to month, terminable with 30 days' notice.
