Payment :
▢ Total price : 1880 CHF for strategy and design + 1 month of management included.
▢ Payment in 2 installments :

▢ 5% discount for full payment upon signing.
▢ Payment of the advertising budget at the client's expense, with a saving of 7.7% on VAT compared to a re-invoicing by Geekworkers.
Campaign Duration and Engagement
Customers sign up for a minimum of 3 months. This period is necessary to guarantee the effectiveness and consistency of the campaigns. 30 days' notice is required for any cancellation.
Advertising Budget Management
A minimum advertising budget is defined for each pack. The client is responsible for budget overruns. Transparent reporting details advertising spend.
Reporting and Monitoring
The frequency of reports depends on the pack chosen (monthly, bi-weekly or daily). Reports include video and/or written analysis. A real-time reporting dashboard is available for the Premium pack.
Campaign Optimization and Maintenance
Continuous adjustments are made to optimise performance. Optimisation adapts to market changes and ad performance.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer provides the information required for the campaign, including information about the company, the products/services and the target market.
Modifications and Cancellations
A cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
Confidentiality and Data Security
The confidentiality of customer information is respected. The data collected is only used for campaign purposes.
Liability and Limitation of Liability
The service provider undertakes to provide a quality service. No guarantee of results is provided. The provider's liability is limited to the amount of the fees paid.
Payment and Billing
Payment is made monthly in advance. Late payment charges may apply.
Upgrade or Change of Service
Customers can change packs according to their needs.
Conflict Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Mediation or legal proceedings may be initiated.
